As parents, we want to help our children navigate a culture filled with questions about identity, sex, gender, and sexuality—but knowing how to respond can feel challenging.
Join us for Cultural Conversations: Parenting Through Questions on Gender and Sexuality, a morning designed to equip parents with biblical truth, practical wisdom, and helpful tools for conversations with their kids.
Keynote Speaker: Pastor Hanibal Rodriguez
Pastor Hanibal will look at God’s biblical design for identity in Genesis 1 and help us understand how God’s good design shapes the way we think about identity, our bodies, gender, and sexuality.
Breakout Sessions
Choose from practical sessions addressing topics such as:
- Talking to Your Kids About Sex at Different Ages – How to have age-appropriate, ongoing conversations with your children about God’s design for sex and relationships.
- Parenting in a Digital World – Helping your children navigate the opportunities and challenges of technology, social media, and the content they encounter online.
- Understanding Same-Sex Attraction in Our Culture – Exploring how to thoughtfully and biblically engage the growing cultural conversation surrounding same-sex attraction.
- Gender Dysphoria & Body Dysmorphia – Understanding these complex issues and considering how parents can respond with both biblical truth and compassionate care.
Panel Discussion & Q&A
Hear from a panel of pastors, ministry leaders, and counselors as they address common questions parents are facing and provide practical wisdom for navigating these conversations with their children.
All sessions will also be offered in Spanish.
Whether your children are young or already navigating the teen years, this morning is an opportunity to be better equipped to speak truth, lead with grace, and help your children understand God’s good design for who they are.
