Our contemporary services at WBC are a great way for our creatives to grow in their musical abilities, and we love adding to our team! The contemporary band includes experienced musicians who are passionate about serving the Lord through music and who bring a creative aspect to the way that we worship. We believe that, as musicians, we are called to use our gifts to usher people into the presence of God and to facilitate a worship experience through song. Because of this, we consider it an honor to be able to use our musical abilities to glorify and praise the Lord.
The worship band rehearses weekly on Thursdays. Members of the team are required to attend rehearsals when scheduled to play on Sunday. They also must be able to read chord charts and play/sing without charts by Sunday morning.
