Your Church, Front Door Ministry

A first impression can shape the whole Sunday morning experience for a new guest. It's our goal that every person who walks through our doors feels right at home and part of our family. You would be a great member of this team if you're friendly and attentive, smiling at all you see, and looking out for the new guest at WBC.

We have a myriad of serving times and opportunities available. Some serve once a month at the beginning and end of each service while others serve weekly (more details can be provided on schedule). It doesn't matter what your preference, we have a serving opportunity for you!

• Ushers have a strong pulse on how to engage our guests into our service spaces. They welcome guests with a servant’s heart and seat them in comfortable and accommodating seating. They also execute the various elements of a service that help our guests’ worship (offering, communion, etc…) 

• Greeters will be on the front lines of our hospitality experience by holding open doors for guests, and warmly greeting them with a smile and a hello.  They also watch for new guests, and communicate with the team to help get those guests connected.
