Plan Your Visit

Service Times: 8:45 am & 10:30 am

Walking through the doors of an unfamiliar church can be intimidating.  Where do I go next?  How do I drop off my kids?  Where are the bathrooms?  Am I wearing the right clothes?  Why is that person looking at me funny?  Where do I go to learn more about the church?  The list of questions goes on….stop for a moment, take a deep breath, we are here to help.

We want to give you a snapshot of what you can expect when you visit our church on a Sunday.  Hopefully then when you arrive, you can breathe a little easier as you enter into worship!

What to Expect

WBC is located conveniently off of North Ave (64) and Morton Rd. We have entrances on either road! Once you pull into our parking lot- look for the “New Here?” signs posted along the entry roads. These will guide you to a spot very close to our front door.

As you exit your car and approach our front doors, you will notice the beautiful prayer tower standing 144 feet tall from the ground to the cross that tops it (please visit and spend some time in prayer!). This tower is just to the right of our main entry doors. You will be greeted by friendly people from the moment you step into our church!

The typical attire for a Sunday is casual to business casual.

Kids ages 6 months to 6th grade are invited to our Sunday morning Kids' Life program. They can be checked in on the Main Level. See the Welcome Desk in the Atrium for directions!

Students grades 7-8 can head down to the Warehouse on the Lower Level for an age-appropriate message and community.

We have four services, two at 8:45 am and two at 10:30 am. Each service time has a traditional style service and a contemporary style service that happen simultaneously.

The services in the East Worship Center has a more traditional style, led by choir and orchestra.

The services in the West Worship Center is more contemporary style, led by a band.

You are welcome to try either worship service to see which fits your worship style! The teaching and other service elements are near identical between the two worship services.

What else is there?

WBC has many different areas to explore. First, grab a cup of coffee and treat at the GATHERING GROUNDS CAFE. Maybe you would like to explore the missional footprint that WBC has around the world? Stop into the GLOBAL OUTREACH CENTERIf you are looking to do something as a family, we have a wonderful LIBRARYPLAYZONEand BOOKSTORE.

There is plenty to do and see if you come a little early (or stay a little later)!

Growth Track

We are so glad that you are thinking about joining us on a Sunday.  Our heart is to welcome you well, and give you every opportunity possible to get connected to community here at WBC.

One very easy way for us to get to know each other better is through STEP 1- GETTING CONNECTED. This experience is hosted on the first Sunday of each month at 10:30 am in the room Connect Central (located in the main entrance atrium). Join us so that we can get to know you, and you can get to know us!
