In August 2021, the Fultzes returned to Germany as WBC missionaries to serve at Black Forest Academy, an international Christian School in Kandern, where they previously served as singles and met. Fluent in German, Rachel teaches second grade to missionary kids and local German students; Lucas uses his MA in Marriage & Family Counseling and experience in private practice to provide mental health care for students at BFA.  Lucas is also a member of a team with a dream to launch a counseling center in the Kandern area that eventually will become a hub for mental health services for missionaries serving throughout Europe. The Fultzes love the German culture, the missionary community, and are thrilled to be serving together using their combined gifts of teaching, counseling, and discipleship.
