Gifted in theological education, the Rusus founded Romania Leadership Ministries in 2000 to develop godly leadership to help the nation recover after the fall of Communism. Both Elisei and Adriana teach at Timotheus Bible Institute, whose graduates now serve in hundreds of churches in Eastern Europe and beyond.
