Women's Bible Studies
Women's Ministry offers you several Bible Study options throughout the year. Each is designed to help you learn more about God and grow in your understanding of His Word—and give you an opportunity to meet other women who are also on a faith journey.
Most of our studies meet regularly from September through November, and then from January through May. While you are welcome to join at any time, we ask that you register for the study you plan to attend so we know you'll be joining us.
Registration for Winter/Spring is available now. Questions? Contact Christine Walraven, firstname.lastname@example.org. 630.876.6653.

Galatians: Discovering Freedom in Christ Through Daily Practice by Sue Edwards and Jodie Nizni
Many Christian women live in a world where they are judged by their performance. They struggle to please God and meet the standards others place on them—or the even higher standards they put on themselves. But in all their striving, is there any room left for grace? Sue Edwards and Jodie Niznik believe grace is the most misunderstood doctrine of the Christian faith. Through this bible study, women will discover nuances of grace that will revolutionize their lives. By understanding the transformative truth of grace, women will be set free to live wholly, radically, in and for Christ.
Dinner Cost: $5/week
*Childcare Cost: $5/week for 1 child, $8/week for 2 children, $10/week for 3 or more children.
Payment for one-half of the semester is required with registration to secure your childcare request and is nonrefundable. Due to limited space, childcare requests after January 15 will be placed on a waiting list and notified by email when space is available.

The Wisdom of God by Nancy Guthrie
This is an in-depth study of the Old Testament Wisdom Literature of the Bible, where you can choose your own pace, with the goal of understanding it in the way that Jesus himself taught the disciples to read and understand the Old Testament: with Him at the center. As we see not only the wise principles for living in these biblical books, but also the wise person they point to, it will help us to understand the person and work of Christ more clearly which will prepare us to worship him more fully.
