Communications Request
FOR INTERNAL USE
Thank you for filling out this form completely and submitting it to the Communications team within the time frame listed below for each “Type of Request.” The Communications Director will review this request and get back to you in 2-3 business days.
Design/Print: 4 – 8 weeks from receipt of final files (final copy, photos, etc) needed for production. Print/production varies per project and vendor but is generally 5-15 business days
General Promotional Support: 6 – 8 weeks in advance
Photo: 2 – 3 weeks in advance
Social Media: 2 – 3 weeks in advance
Video: 8 – 10 weeks in advance
Website: 3 – 5 days in advance (for minor content tweaks); 1 – 2 weeks in advance (for new web pages)
