As the end of the school year approaches, it’s time for our kids to move up to their next grade level at Wheaton Bible Church! On Sunday, June 2nd, kids entering kindergarten and older will be promoted to new age/grade level classes, ready for new adventures in learning about Jesus. Most of our toddlers and preschoolers will stay in their normal classes for the summer and will move up in the fall. Starting June 2nd, kids and students (2024-2025 school year) will meet in the following areas.

  • 8:45 Service – programming offered for infants through grade 5
  • 10:30 Service – programming for infants through grade 8 and our Shine Special Needs classes
  • Infants through pre-K classes are on the Main Level
  • Grades K-5 meet on the Lower Level, west side of the building
  • Grades 6-8 meet in the Warehouse on the Lower Level, east side of the building
  • High school students are invited to join their families or sit in the student section of the balcony with other students and leaders for worship, or join a serving team.

With this transition, we also bid farewell to some teachers and welcome new ones. Our classrooms are brimming with eager learners, hungry for the love of Jesus, and we need more adults and teens with a passion for guiding them on this journey. Would you prayerfully consider joining our Kids’ Life team this summer and beyond? Serving is fulfilling and rewarding, and who knows, you might even discover a new joy in it! You are welcome to observe what is happening in Kids’ Life any Sunday morning to see what is involved in serving and how much fun it is. For more information about opportunities and ways to join our serve team, please fill out our Serve Form and someone on our team will get back to you. Let’s make a difference together!
