The WBC Student Ministry staff is excited to announce that seven Student GO Teams will depart in June 2013—two teams of junior high students and five of high school students.
Our hope is that every student will be part of a GO Team this year—a vital time for them to understand what the Kingdom of God is all about and to discover how they can personally participate in the work of His Kingdom in a meaningful way.
Whether they serve near home, across the country, or overseas, our summer GO Team trips offer students a rich discipleship opportunity as they work and serve alongside WBC missionaries and ministry partners.
Parents, please mark your calendars and make one of these trips a priority for your student this summer!
We desire that our GO Teams help students better understand and grow in their faith.
We want our GO Teams to provide a broad worldview that centers on Christ’s involvement in every area of life. Students from different schools will serve together, building community and growing in leadership.
We desire to see students grasp the servant’s heart of Christ, reveal that heart to the people where they GO, and return equipped to live this out in the routine of their lives. We want to see students equipped to present the Gospel and experience the Kingdom of God in a bigger way.
